The new choreography has been added to the Cast Materials folder linked here. Please don’t forget to work some more on figuring out your character, as check-ins will continue into next week.
Speaking of next week, you will find the rehearsal schedule posted here tomorrow afternoon.
Required Tech Hours
Every member of the cast is required to complete a minimum four hours worth of tech hours at builds over the process of this show. There will be three opportunities to do so:
Saturday, September 29th (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
Sunday, October 14th (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Saturday, October 20th (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
It is highly recommended that you fill out this requirement by attending one of these builds in full. That way you can get all of your required time out of the way in one go and not be hindered by unexpected schedule changes.
Any student who is interested may attend builds! Help is expected and appreciated from the cast and crew of the show but no one needs an assigned role to participate by helping out on builds. Bring your friends! Bring their friends! The more people we can get excited about and engaged with our production, the better the end result, and the more people we can bring into our future productions.
CREW!
I have made a separate remind group for Mamma Mia! crew members where messages and reminders will be more tailored to what you actually need to know. Those of you who added yourselves to the group at yesterday’s crew meetings are already being moved and don’t need to do anything. Those of you who are on the Mamma Mia! crew and are not a part of a Mamma Mia! remind group at all, please send the following message to the number 81010:
@abba4evuhr
Do not worry about removing yourself from what is now the cast group, I will get that covered.
