***Important Audition Information***

Due to the overwhelming response to this show, there have been some revisions to the posted audition schedule and information that you NEED to know...

 

Revised Schedule:

(Day 1: 9/4)

Vocal Auditions: 330p-600p

Break: 600p-620p

Vocal Auditions (cont.): 620p-?...until overflow groups have been seen & heard

Initial Acting Readings: ?-900p (This time is the primary change)

(Day 2: 9/5)

Dance Auditions: 330p-600p

Transition: 600p-605p

Acting Auditions (cont.): 605p-745p

Debrief into Callback Postings: 745p-800p 

 

**This is also a change.  Callbacks will take place on Monday, 9/10 from 330p-630p**

(Day 3: 9/10, formerly rehearsal day 1)

Callbacks (TBD in structure after Generals, but all prospective ensemble members need to be available): 330p-630p

 

Your amazing possibilities have brought this about...we just didn't feel like we could give you your due in the time we had scheduled.  We truly believed that, though waiting an extra few days between Generals and Callbacks is not ideal, it was better than giving you a couple of minutes to make your impression and consequently miss some fantastic work!  This is somewhat unprecedented for a WHS audition, and we're so excited for it!

 

Also, those people who are interested in auditioning solely for the dance ensemble (no singing, no dialogue), please sign up on the callboard for the Wed. 9/5 session at 330p...we'd like to have a working list of everyone in front of us!  Also, make sure you have filled out and returned an audition form from the Drama Room. 

 

Thanks, in advance, for all that you're bringing to the table!  Remember to bring fluids, food, and comfortable clothing, as well as (for music auditions) your sheet music or recorded accompaniment, and (for dance auditions) dance or athletic shoes.
